1. Made-to-Order Products
All By1996.Co pieces are produced specifically for each customer upon order confirmation. As our garments are handcrafted and made to order, we generally do not accept returns once production has begun.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
-Made-to-order abayas
-Sale or promotional items
-Products returned without prior approval
3. Returns Not Accepted
We do not accept returns for:
-Change of mind
-Personal preference
-Ordering the wrong size
-Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
-Colour differences caused by screen or monitor settings
-Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities
-Refused or unclaimed shipments

4. Eligible Returns
A return may only be considered if:

-The item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect.
-The item arrives damaged due to a fault attributable to By1996.Co.

5. Reporting a Return
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, you must contact By1996.Co within 48 hours of delivery at support@by1996co.net
Your request must include:

-Clear photographs showing the problem
-Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
Failure to report the issue within the stated timeframe may result in rejection of your request.

No item should be returned without prior written authorization from By1996.Co.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
